There are new protocols in place for your upcoming appointment. To keep you and our staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential to follow these protocols carefully. You will be required to bring a face mask and wear it during your visit, except when your face is treated. If you do not have a mask, we will be happy to sell you one on your arrival.
Before your visit:
· Wait in your car. KEEP THE A/C ON.
· Call us to let us know you are in the parking lot at 210-635-0411
· We will come to your vehicle to check your temperature, have you sign the consent, and verify you are wearing a mask.
· Upon entering the building, please wash your hands with soap and water.
· We will bring you into the clean and sanitized treatment room.
Important to note:
No children or visitors will be permitted in the treatment room, please make arrangements prior to arrival.
If you have ANY of the following symptoms, please let us know PRIOR to arrival so we can reschedule your appointment:
§ Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
§ Chills or body aches
§ Repeated shaking with chills
§ Muscle pain
§ Sore Throat
§ Loss of taste or smell
§ Diarrhea, nausea or digestive issues
§ Feeling feverish or temperature 100.0 or higher
§ Known close contact with a person who is confirmed to have COVID-19
§ Travel within 2 weeks to/from California, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Atlanta, Georgia, Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; and Florida.
We recommend not carrying large bags or purses whenever possible, to your appointment.
