Covid protocols have been updated. Please call the office upon your arrival so we can screen you before entering the building.
· Call us to let us know you are in the parking lot at 210-635-0411 for prescreening questions.
· Upon entering the building, please feel free to use the hand sanitizer.
· Masks are optional.
If you have ANY of the following symptoms, please let us know PRIOR to arrival so we can reschedule your appointment:
§ Cough
§ Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
§ Chills or body aches
§ Repeated shaking with chills
§ Muscle pain
§ Headache
§ Sore Throat
§ Loss of taste or smell
§ Diarrhea, nausea or digestive issues
§ Feeling feverish or temperature 100.0 or higher
§ Known close contact with a person who is confirmed to have COVID
§ Travel within 3 days on a plane, train, boat or bus.
